My guess is I’ve gained 5 or more pounds. I’ve been eating so much lately. Maybe it’s because I was (and still am, I guess) frustrated with my work. Eating is a diversion for me. When I am bored or frustrated, I eat. Although if I am really depressed, I will have no appetite at all, and could live on soups for weeks. Contradicting huh?
Plus, I’ve been munching on chips and chocolates too. This I’ve been doing in front of the laptop, especially when under stress. Tsk, tsk. I am considering taking Phentermine to help me control my appetite. But since I still can fit in my clothes, I guess no need to take further steps yet. Maybe, I can just go on a low-carb diet for now.
