living a healthier life

I grew up in a family who eats mostly veggies, fruits and white meat. My parents even remove the skin from chicken. When I got married, my diet changed. Because of the freedom and control over what I eat, I started binging on red meat (usually with thick sauces), pizza and junk food. But not only that I started gaining weight, I also felt uncomfortable with myself. Worse, it disturbed my body digestive cycle.

So I am gradually getting back to my old healthy ways. A friend told me about Phytolife. It is exactly what I am looking for. A diet (or should I say, a lifestyle) that is natural.
