I know I haven’t been scrapping much but I see to it I take pictures of the little girl on special occasions, and even when doing just her daily routine, whenever I find her too irresistible. So even if I don’t do much digital scrapping, I like editing photos that my computer should have enough system memory to handle Photoshop editing.

Speaking of hybrid stuff, for Valentine’s day, I thought of giving my parents each a magic cup (the one that’s black, but when you pour in hot liquid, the print on the mug starts to show up) wrapped in a box I’d create. But I’m still on the lookout for the perfect box design.

As I was doing my usual rounds at my favorite store of furniture at the mall, saw a bunch of modern coffee tables. They suddenly reminded me of the several photo books that I’ve been meaning to finish. I have some pending free photo book credits at Artscow waiting for me to take advantage of.

My sister suddenly chatted with me. I thought she’s going to ask me about life insurance leads again. She was asking me about photobooks. She admired her wedding photobook so much she wanted to do photobooks of all their trips out of the country. Their trips meaning her trips to China, Hong Kong or US, and her husband’s trips to Canada and the US. Yes, they haven’t travelled together out of the country yet. They, however, were able to travel together to the best beaches in the country. So I suggested this quick page I saw online, downloadable for free.

Last Saturday, the last day of the previous lunar year, I went to SM the Block to look for Dolan Designs lightings, and remembered there’s a World of Feng Shui store there. I went in to ask for the Good Income Talisman, but was told that it is out of stock. Apparently, a lot of people bought it for, well what else, better income. So I checked their Dzi bracelets. I initially planned on buying the 5 eyed Dzi bracelet but found out that it was specific for career advancement luck. Then the saleslady suggested the 9 eyed Dzi bracelet which she said is the general luck bracelet. So I gave in. I also bought the dragon’s friends and allies bracelet (dragon/monkey/rat) because not only it is supposedly lucky, it was cute! Unfortunately, later that night, the bracelet ripped and the pieces got broken.

Hmm, I wonder if that’s bad luck. But somebody told me, that since it happened BEFORE the new lunar year (it was the lunar new year’s eve, anyway) it would be like I’m leaving the bad luck behind.

Anyway, got lucky to find this freebie.

Yesterday, I was admiring an officemate’s shoes. I was surprised when she told me how cheap she got it. Then the other girls joined in the conversation and we ended up talking about the latest shoe we aspire. I had to leave the chitchat as my desire to buy a pair of Stuart Weitzman started to kick in again. I reminded myself that this is not a good time for me to buy one. Not yet as we have two out-of-town trips this quarter.

For those who are in scrapping hiatus like me, sharing with you what I found while browsing for disability appeal (I found this certain company that was able to help more than 130,000 people very interesting): a quick page!

I honestly think quick pages give us a chance to make our pictures be presented in a very beautiful way without the hassle. Well, they are just perfect for time-constraint scrappers (or shall I say, scrapper-wannabe like me haha). Of course, you can always put more embellishments to add some personal touch.

I am often asked if I want a boy or a girl for our next baby. I’d always say I’d like a boy but of course, would be thrilled just the same if it’s another baby girl. I am just curious how it is to take care of a baby boy. They say they are more adventurous, and rowdy. I also fancy little boy shoes. I wonder would this boy like cars or dinosaurs instead? Would he be amazed at Tonka toy trucks, and dream of being in a 24 hour towing business, and would later decide he just wants to be an architect?

For a time, I got addicted to little boys’ kits like cars, trains and dinosaurs. I kept collecting them even if I won’t be using them, not just yet, I hope. Anyway, I found a nice freebie. So cute.

We’re checking some montego bay vacation packages for next summer when I suddenly remember we should book our hotel for our trip next month! Totally forgot about it!
